Fairfax County park and rec classes when an event caught my eye.

Ecosavers - Letterboxing
(9-12yrs) 3:30 - 5:30 pm Huntley Meadows Visitor Center 703-768-2525
Letterboxing is the new craze in exploring natural areas. Use
orienterring skills to discover letterboxes hidden in the park.
Design your own stamp and help us create clues to a new box.
Reservations required. $5

I'm not planning on attending (no kids), but I do have a replacement
box for one of Squirrel's Huntley Meadows boxes. I will replace it
Sunday before the event so the kiddies have a little more to find.

I'm calling to see if we can go as it's for 9 and up and my oldest is 6. I thought I'd tell them he already has a stamp and been doing it for almost a year and maybe he can participate. Mother of Crickets
